Application:
This paper inserting machine form, cut and insert the insulation paper polyester to BLDC Motor stator's slot,
the process is forming, cutting, inserting, indexing to next slot,
repeat the action until all the setted armature slots are finished,
1. This paper forming and inserting machine is consisted of one set 0.75KW motor, one reducer with brake, one set of paper feeding belt and feeding box composed of knurled gears, one set tooling, a cabinet as well as body frame.
2. This slot inserter machine adopts full mechanized action. The feeding box feeds insulation paper into the tooling, equipped with a tooling bottom, punching needles, and a cutter. When the paper is sent to the position, paper cutter cuts the paper and pushes it into the bottom of the tooling. Next, needle punches down, presses the paper into the tooling, squeezes it, then punch it up, so as to insert formed paper into workpiece body. After that, needle returns, the divider rotates, the gear moves forward. One slot is finished, then insert the second slot. Machine is equipped with an induction switch on the rotating shaft, and it will automatically stop after one cycle.
3.This insulation paper inserting machine can do automatically paper inserting, loading and unloading are done by manual. Paper roll will be needed to do paper inserting. The width should be equal to workpiece stack length.
4.This BLDC motor stator slot liner machine is suitable for stator workpiece with 8 ~48 slots. It can do auto paper feeding, forming and angle turning. Paper should be inserted into slot properly.
